• Machine Learning REMOTE $160,000-180,000 base salary equity benefits Harnham is partnered with a cutting-edge startup in the DC area. They are looking for a software engineer with commercial experience building ML/AI platforms.
  
  This person will sit in their Data Science team and work on problems across the business. THE ROLE You will own machine learning software engineering initiatives for deployment and maintenance of AI applications You will report directly into the Head of Machine Learning and work closely on technical direction Own development of new platforms and help advance existing systems for a variety of private and public customers You will implement and design code and build out software to production using various Python packages (pandas, plotly, streamlit) Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a thought leader YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Software Engineer

• Machine Learning will likely have the following skills and experience: MUST HAVE be a US Citizen Commercial experience using Python for software engineering - plotly, pandas, streamlit Commercial experience writing code for scaling machine learning platforms and applications Exposure to advanced machine learning approaches a plus, i.e. reinforcement learning and neural networks Prior experience leading projects is a plus History of partnering with non-technical stakeholders, ideally in government spaces Spark experience a plus; cloud experience in AWS Computer Science degree preferred THE BENEFITS A competitive base salary of $160,000-180,000 benefits equity HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your résumé to Tim Jonas via the Apply link on this page.
