Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop multiplatform embedded firmware for LitePoint new products.

  • Develop automated test scripts to exercise the firmware and hardware. These test scripts should be able to isolate problems in the design.

  • Develop firmware design specifications, communicate and verify these specifications with the RF/logic designers, and implement these in a timely and high quality manner.

  • Low level API development

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in CE or EE with embedded development experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in controlling and programming RF circuits
  • 1-3 years' experience using oscilloscope, signal generator and spectrum analyzer
  • 3-5 years' experience developing multitasking embedded firmware in C/C++

Experience with interfaces such as SPI, USB and UART

Proficient developing structured software in C/C++ and working with existing code bases

Proficient with developing automated software test scripts in Python

Nice to have basic networking knowledge 9.
