Job Overview

• 90 days - successfully integrated into the team, actively contributing to development projects and collaborating effectively with team members
• 180 days - demonstrated proficiency in .NET Core development, contributed to process improvements, and mentored junior engineers
• 1 year - led successful implementation of key projects, identified areas for optimization, and actively participated in team growth initiatives

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in .NET development with a focus on C# API development

• Experience working with Jira or Confluence for task management

General Requirements

• Strong understanding of software structures, hardware, and computing systems

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization, and debugging

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with .NET Core framework

• Previous exposure to Spring planning and Agile ceremonies

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools

• Familiarity with code optimization techniques

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain backend APIs with a strong emphasis on C# programming

• Utilize .NET Core framework for enhanced performance (experience with .NET Core is a big plus)

• Work within Agile-based teams, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and demonstrations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pull development tasks from Jira or Confluence

• Contribute to the vision of success by delivering high-quality code and solutions

• Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve performance issues

• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to improve overall team efficiency

• Perform other tasks as required
