Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient intern to join our team and contribute to the development of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions using Ignition and Sepasoft software platforms. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering & production team to design, configure, and implement SCADA and MES applications that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. 

Responsibilities: 

·       Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and objectives. 

·       Assist in the design and development of SCADA systems using Ignition software. 

·       Contribute to the configuration and customization of MES solutions utilizing Sepasoft modules. 

·       Participate in system integration tasks, ensuring seamless communication between SCADA, MES and ERP components. 

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SCADA and MES implementations. 

·       Support the testing and validation of developed systems to ensure reliability and functionality. 

·       Document system architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. 

·       Interface with Operations, Finance and Procurement to ensure integration between different systems meets their requirements.

·       Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices related to SCADA and MES technologies. 

Requirements

·        Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

·        Basic understanding of SCADA and MES concepts. 

·        Familiarity with Ignition and Sepasoft software platforms is a plus. 

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

·        Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

·        Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. 

o   Project is anticipated to take 9 months.

o   20 hours per week. (more if required with management approval)

o   Hybrid role (Onsite when necessary)
