What you'll do...
This role will collaborate with Release Management, Engineering, Systems Specialist and DevOps to drive platform and release improvement projects. Must have Admin background and 4+ years of platform-specific configuration or implementation or support experience in an enterprise IT environment. Must be flexible and able to fill BA/PM responsibilities as needed for projects and ability to drive an initiative end-to-end. Experience with platform/engineering process implementation and improvement highly desired.
Independently perform the following functions:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and/or another platform native functionality
Strong knowledge of platform best practices
Strong knowledge of SDLC, release, deployments, Ci/CD highly desired. Strong knowledge of support concepts and policies*
Ability to troubleshoot Apex, VF, SOQL, integration issues, governor limits, errors Familiarity with XML and metadata deployment, Git-based versioning tool, CI/CD.
Platform Scope: Maintenance and enhancement projects from inception through delivery and transition to support including training and documentation development
Root cause analysis ownership and resolution
Familiarity with Scrum Methodology, Client security best practices, Systems Administration, End User Security Technical
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
ADM 201 Certified Client Administrator with 4-6 years Administration experience.
Good understanding of Client SOQL, SOSL and sharing and security model
Experience in implementing end to end config-based solutions including field creation requests, validation rule implementation, workflow implementation, new record types and Approval flows.
Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling capabilities.
Demonstrated understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Client Platform and experience administrating core CRM functionality.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Salesforce releases, deployments, CI/DI, platform updates.
Good to have Platform Developer II certification.
