Software Engineer III

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements. Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity. Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs. Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews. Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Resolve technical issues as necessary. Keep abreast of new technology developments. Complete bug fixes. Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required.

• 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.

• Also required is: 2 years of experience: developing Web Applications using React, Redux, Typescript; using Object Oriented concepts to design services and interfaces; understanding of Container Orchestration within Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS; and writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction and manipulation.

• Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. office in Alpharetta, GA, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.

• Experience can be concurrent.
