This is a software engineering role focused on delivering a premier digital customer experience and live agent deflection through Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Chat Bot Natural Language Processing (NLP). You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of automation and AI/ML use cases from pilot to production support working with a team of AI/ML developers focused on creating and improving intelligent Chat Bot solutions.
Design and build applications using artificial intelligence and machine learning from functional proofs-of-concepts to production ready solutions
Develop and train statistical models to identify correlation, patterns, and trends in complex unstructured conversational data
Actively participate and propose technical guidance in the requirements gathering process and assessment of AI/ML opportunities, including preparing solution documentation
Troubleshoot issues in production and provide solutions as required
Partner and effectively communicate with non-IT business users, functional counterparts, and stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem
Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2-4 years of professional level experience
experience deploying business solutions using data engineering, data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis
Knowledge and experience with regression modelling
Knowledge and experience with data preparation, replication, and transformation
Experience with Web services/Restful APIs/Integration
Experience with cloud infrastructure, security, and deployment options: Example - Azure/ADO
Experience in an Agile and DevOps based team environment
College degree in a Technical or a related field and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
