We are looking for an experience Software Engineer that is self-motivated, has a solid understand of Agile SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, automation and a passion for delivering solutions to our business partners in WST and SaaS. The preferred candidate would have strong experience working on Microsoft .NET solutions, standard CI/CD processes and a strong desire to strive for development standards and efficiencies in a API and Service Oriented architecture.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
  • Spends up to 75% of their time working on designing and developing solutions to our WST and SaaS business partners. These solution require advance knowledge of .NET related solutions

  • Can work independently with minimal guidance as well as in a team environment

  • Identifies and suggest ways to improve legacy processes across team and department

  • Able to troubleshoot issues and engage the appropriate teams as needed

  • Participate in design sessions and recommend solutions based on functional and business requirements

  • Update users' stories with latest statuses

  • Attend daily standups and team meetings

  • Participate in code review sessions held between other development team members

  • Manage the development life cycle through GIT and a formal CI/CD solution

  • Works with Tech Lead on prioritizing support related items

  • Assist in providing project estimates and timelines

  • Works with Tech Lead and Architecture to vet out design solutions

  • Able to provide guidance and support to junior team members as need

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate should possess 4 - 6 years' experience in Software Development

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Has proven experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP, .NET, SQL Server, Web 2.0 technologies such as JQuery and AJAX, design patterns within N-Tier or SOA.

  • Has a solid exposure to various service-based technologies (SOAP,WCF,REST)

  • Must be willing and able to change directions and scope as requirements and priorities change

  • Able to work with diverse team members with different levels of experience

  • Provide technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for other team members

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Work effectively as a member of an Agile Team or independent

  • High degree of self-motivation and innovation

  • Self-motivated and accountable to "do what it takes" to get the job done

  • Able to analyze and troubleshoot existing legacy code

(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 4 years of solid .NET experience

  • Preferred experience with cloud services

  • Great customer service skill

  • Proven experience with real CI/CD solution

  • Proven experience using a formal source code management system, (Bit Bucket,Githib, Gitlab)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with .NET development

  • Proven experience in an Agile or Kanban principles

  • Great customer service skill

  • Proven experience with real CI/CD solution
