Software Engineer II

3Ci is seeking a skilled Mobile Developer with expertise in iOS development, particularly Swift, to join our Banking Client's dynamic technology department. As a Mobile Developer, you will collaborate with a talented team to develop, modify, and maintain mobile applications, ensuring smooth system operations and delivering high-quality solutions. This position offers the opportunity for conversion to a permanent role after 90 calendar days.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3+ years of relevant work experience

• Proven work experience as a Mobile Developer, with a demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Apple and Google app stores

• Experience with third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs

• In-depth knowledge of Swift, xCode, and supporting solutions

• Familiarity with OOP design principles

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to achieve consensus and provide clear status updates

• Comfortable working in a defined Agile Scrum process

Essential Functions

• Assist in the development and installation of new hardware and software

• Configure systems and other software, ensuring seamless integration

• Test installed software for any malfunctions and promptly address issues

• Identify and resolve business systems issues, implementing effective solutions

• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements, optimizing system performance

• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems

• Develop and implement strategies to improve system functionality

• Monitor and test system performance, addressing any performance issues

• Perform other tasks as required

• This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

• Must be located in Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, or Nashville. Onsite presence is preferable but not required.
