  • Manage change effectively, ensuring that all system changes are carefully planned, tested, and implemented in accordance with established change management procedures.

  • Support process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

  • Monitor key SRE metrics, logs, traces, latency, traffic, errors, saturation, and service level objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize system performance.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, applying them effectively in daily operations to promote collaboration, transparency, and shared responsibility across cross-functional teams.

  • Actively contribute to an agile culture of ongoing knowledge sharing, continuous training, and relentless improvements, participating in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and expertise.

  • Provide constructive feedback and code reviews, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that software code is of the highest quality, adheres to best practices, and meets performance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a Master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
