Software Engineer, Gcrg Cdio AML Transaction Monitoring

We're looking for an Engineer to:

• design, develop, and improve ETL platform catering to AML Transaction Monitoring stream

• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment

• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

• build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues

• understand, represent, and advocate for client needs

• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities

• Understand and work alongside the world class suite of AML products to support AML officers

Your expertise

• ideally 15+ years of experience in a similar position focused on design and development of data platforms along with the ETL products within the financial industry.
• experienced in setting up Informatica 10.x instances from scratch maintaining industry standards.
• proficient in working with Oracle, Linux, Autosys, Informatica suite of environments.
• experience in leading and architecting enterprise scale data platforms, must have Strong Data analysis skills with large dataset of financial transactional data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• good Understanding of Actimize AML Monitoring tool and UDM, very good understanding of AML domain and data
• good to have understanding and working experience with data analytics platform like Databricks
• interested in learning of new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
• strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing, experience with Azure DevOps (version control, CI/CD pipeline implementation, Agile practices)
