Job Overview:

We're currently in search of a talented Software Engineer . The Software Engineer will resolve issues using solution knowledge and expertise and be an important part of the team to mentor, train and assist others in development, debugging and documenting root cause analysis and resolution, but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement enhancements, revisions to meet the needs of the client.

  • Deliver solutions as required and requested, according to agreed timeline, ensuring solutions conform to company standards and SOPs.

  • Provide technical support to colleagues and clients on technical aspects of projects. Obtain requirements from Internal/External Clients and provide solutions.

  • Maintain day to day system support and development activities of systems and technologies.

  • Participate in the delivery of quality software through effective design and peer reviewing of code, unit testing

  • Involve in the full system life cycle and is responsible for design, code, test, implement, maintain and support application software that is delivered within time and cost budget.

Work-related aspects of the position:

  • Has good experience in systems analysis, design and development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.

  • Individual must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have demonstrated good problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team member and can work with limited or most of the times no supervision on projects.

  • The candidate needs to have attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects.

  • This person must be a flexible, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

  • The candidate must possess strong communications skills.

  • Open to learn and migrate to new technologies

  • Proven ability to follow priorities and timelines.

  • Is clear about one's own and the company's goals and focuses on seeing the work through to completion. Consistently set ambitious performance and work standards for oneself, seeking to achieve standards of excellence beyond requirements.

  • It is the responsibility of each employee to comply with all applicable regulations e.g. Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the performance of his/her role.


  • Bachelors' degree, preferably in Computer Science or similar related discipline or equivalent experience


  • 5+ years developing software in C# .NET
  • 5+ years database (Oracle, SQL Server preferable)
  • 5+ years front end development (JavaScript, CSS)
  • Great communicator, both written and verbal.

Job Details: Job Summary: Performs somewhat complex software engineering assignments following designated standards and procedures. Works closely with other engineering disciplines. Duties require application of engineering principles and techniques. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Analyzes functional requirements. * Develops design concepts for software work products. * Participates in the analysis, design, development, test, modification and integration of software systems or subsystems for designated products and/or customer applications. * Understands and works with peripheral elements of assigned software work products (run time environments, databases, networks). * Develops software requirements, related design, and code. * Performs software testing. * Applies and maintains quality standards. * Assesses severity of problems, determines corrective action, resolves technical problems, and performs fault isolation and implements solutions. * Revises and updates programs and documentation, including reviewing schedules and milestones. * Maintains the host environment and toolsets required to implement software deliverables. * Assists in specification preparation and the assessment of products. * Assists in the writing of reports, manuals and procedures. * Demonstrated expertise in any combination of C/C++/Rust/Python * MATLAB development expertise desired * Embedded development expertise in a Vivado/Vitus environment (Vivado/EDK is acceptable as well) * Background in development/maintenance of Embedded Linux Board Support Packages (BSP) preferred * Experience with device driver development welcomed * HDL (Verilog preferred) development experience desired * GPU programming experience also welcomed * Keeps abreast of improvements in programming techniques. * Engages in continuous self-improvement of technical skills and improvements in programming techniques and toolsets. * Recommends value-added changes to existing coding practices, standards and tools. * Shows commitment to company values, ethics, safety, security, labor charging, and quality. Minimum Job Requirements: Four-year college degree in computer science, computer engineering or other related technical discipline, plus two years of related experience, or a Master of Science degree. Desired experience in designing, developing and troubleshooting software programming. Requires proficiency using programming languages such as "C/C++," Product Lifecycle Management, graphics or other developmental software. May require ability to develop software in a Unix, Windows Server 2003/2008/Vista/XP/Windows 7 and up, Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), or other PC environment. May require experience with embedded processing. Ability to use PC software such as word processing, database, spreadsheet and flowchart, and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Effective written and oral communication skills required. Knowledge of customer needs and competing products desirable. Able to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems. Able to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadline and budget guidelines.
