Overview: Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a Software Engineer to build a custom web application. This hybrid position is based in the Research Triangle Park, NC area, working closely with a client committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Project Description: Our client needs a solution for automating interactions with employees regarding potential issues. Currently, this process involves manual one-off emails to employees, requiring significant manual work to send, receive, process, track, and escalate replies.

Solution Statement: We are seeking a developer to create a web-based portal that:

• Automatically sends emails to employees.

• Collects replies in our database.

• Tracks responses to ensure timely replies.

• Monitors and lists escalations where necessary.

Current System:

• An internal team maintains an in-house compliance monitoring application using WinForms, C#, and a SQL backend.

• The new functionality requires web-based development, hosted internally on IIS using Razor or MVC with C# backend functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the web-based portal with automated email functionalities.

• Integrate the portal with the existing SQL backend.

• Ensure the portal tracks and escalates responses as necessary.

• Manage the full software development life cycle, including requirement documentation, design, coding, and testing.
