Role Overview - Software Development/Execution Leader

Matilda Cloud is on the lookout for a seasoned Software Development/Execution Leader. This role is integral to our mission of delivering top-notch software solutions and driving the technical vision of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership skills, hands-on coding experience, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Define and implement development methodologies, ensuring the efficient execution of projects.

• Work closely with Product Managers to align software development with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the development team and other departments.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus within the team.

• Oversee the architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our products.

• Track and manage key performance indicators to drive team performance and meet delivery timelines.

• Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
