Northrop Grumman is seeking an Software Development Team Lead to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Washington, DC. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) program. This initiative will provide end-to-end Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support.
Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years of professional experience
Must have five years demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing software development projects similar in size and scope
Must have an active Secret Clearance
Ten (10) years demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing software development projects similar in size and scope
Demonstrated experience with the core technologies listed in the TOR, such as Oracle, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, Java, and SQL.
Experience with the modernization of legacy systems and serving as a Change Agent in the delivery of software development solutions.
Training and experience in civilian-based field operations, particularly as it pertains to safety and security.
