Service Express's software development team is charged with designing, developing, and operating internal and external digital products. These products allow Service Express to provide fantastic customer service and reliability to its customers. The Software team is responsible for finding the best solutions to solve today and tomorrow's operational challenges as we scale and grow.
In this role, you will primarily work as a Software Development Manager within the IT Software team as a people manager for roughly ten engineers. You will be a mentor and a coach for your team members. You will focus on helping them grow and scale their skills and their career while they deliver quality and reliable code.

Occasionally unblock engineers on complex issues via pair programming, whiteboarding, and design sessions
Collaborate with Team Leads and Product Owners to advocate for and ensure the prioritization of the right work at the right time
