They need you, an experienced Software Development Manager , to join the growing team located in Austin, Texas. Please note, this is a HYBRID role based in Austin, TX. What you get to do: -Manage a growing team of experienced software engineers working with C#/.NET

• Provide technical leadership to the development team and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices

• Create a diverse development team, taking ownership of recruiting, performance management, and career growth opportunities

• Lead multiple initiatives of various sizes simultaneously in this Kanban-style environment What you need to succeed: -2 years of software team leadership/management experience

• 4 years of previous hands-on software development experience working with C#/.NET

• Proven ability to manage software development engineers in Kanban environment(s) -Excellent understanding of SDLC best practices with the ability to bring projects to completion on time and within budget
