What does a successful Software Development Engineering

• Advisor I do at Fiserv?

• Play a role in the success of the business unit profitability by lending advice, experience, and guidance.

• Support day to operations of the dispute reconciliation process.

• Participate in effort with the Project Manager(s) and Project Team to design a solution to fulfill the client's business requirements.

• Develop and deliver training.

• Configure Frontier software to account for breaks between inventory, funding, and resolutions.

• Configure the Fiserv software based on business requirements

• Contributes to the resolution of end-to-end testing and implementation specific defects.

What you will do:

• Learn how disputes flow through our backends payment systems.

• Elicit, validate, and prioritize client business requirements.

• Create and document designs, in conjunction with the Project Manager(s), to meet business requirements.

• Develop detailed technical specifications for any customized development or scripting work that is required during a project.

• Configure application parameters including accounts, users, rules, reports, processes, and privileges.

• Validate and tests the solution against business requirements.

• Work production incidents and problems as needed.

• Ensure all systems are within compliance with Fiserv cyber security policy.

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years overall experience

• 3+ years of Frontier experience

• Experience with web-based application and SQL Server including scripting skills and data manipulation

• Experience with Disputes/Charges

• Financial reconciliation experience

• SQL Server and Powershell experience

What would be great to have:

• Experience with Frontier web- based application in deployment and configuration

• Payment industry knowledge

• 3+ years of Crystal reporting experience

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
