The Software Developer in Test will be responsible fortaking ownership of our internal testing framework, maintain and improve itscapabilities. Provide helper libraries and guidance to fellow QA engineers. Verifyingthe successful integration testing of our Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. Also includes designing and developing integrationtests for a distributed system, executing tests, trouble-shooting defects, andworking with individual development teams to resolve issues. She/he will ensurebest practices are followed while being responsive in a dynamic and iterative Agiledevelopment setting.


  • Taking ownership of customized testing framework, improveits capabilities in C#

  • Design and developintegration test helper libraries using C#/.NET framework

  • Evaluate andrecommend additional tools to increase productivity as necessary

  • Perform full stack integration testing within ourcontinuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline

  • Work with individual development teams to resolve issuesidentified

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • At least 3-yearexperience with C#/.NET hands-on development

  • Demonstrate strongknowledge in software quality testing principles, practices, and patterns

  • Strong experience withRESTful API

  • Working experience with MSTEST

  • 2 years of experience in softwareintegration testing

  • Working experience with publiccloud (Windows Azure, Amazon EC2, etc.)

  • Excellent attention todetail and communication skills, both written and oral

  • Bachelor's degree inComputer Science or a related field

Qualifications/Skills Desired:

  • Experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS (App Service,Worker Roles, Service Fabric, ServiceBus, Cloud Services)

  • Experience with Data Analysis will be a bigplus

  • Experience with MS Test and xUnit a plus

  • Experience designing testing framework forlarge and complex platform service

  • Experience with App Insights or any other APMis a plus

  • Experience with

PowerShell, Visual Studio a plus

  • Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus

As a Test Engineer in the Engineering Test and Reliability group of the MET department, the candidate will be responsible for supporting Raytheon design engineers and project leads by performing the measurement and characterization of next generation microwave and millimeter wave semiconductor devices and circuits in GaN, GaAs, and Silicon technologies. An understanding of RF measurements and device characterization calibration techniques is a must for this position. In this role, responsibilities will include some or all of the following: * Perform first article tests of new circuits and devices. * Ensure equipment is in working order and calibrated. * Build, verify and maintain test benches for a variety of measurements. * Support Senior Design Engineers in testing and troubleshooting of new technology. * Analyze and plot data to verify accuracy and present data to engineers. * Support Reliability and Modeling with DC and RF measurements. * Test classified circuits. Required Skills: * Test experience with microwave devices, circuits or modules. * Experience with microwave and Millimeter wave test equipment such as Network analyzers (for example Keysight PNA-X), Spectrum Analyzers, Noise Figure Analyzers, Maury Load-pull systems, RF sources, probe stations, and meters. * Experience with various measurement methods such as static & pulsed I-V, break down, RS/RD, CW & pulsed bias S-Parameter, load/source-pull, TOI, CW and Pulsed Power, noise figure, and noise parameters. * Ability to obtain a security clearance. * Strong organizational skills. Desired Skills: * Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics concepts. * Demonstrated understanding of semiconductor device characterization techniques and equipment. * Hands-on experience with high power test equipment. * Ability to independently solve problems. * Candidate should be proficient with LabVIEW or test lab software. * Strong technical writing skills. * Statistical and data analysis background. * Software Experience- EXCEL, PSPICE, and ADS.
