Job Description Job Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer with a focus on Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) in the printing and publishing industry. Located in Matawan, New Jersey, you will work on designing, customizing, and maintaining our eLearning platform. Responsibilities: • Customize the interface and functionality of the ALM platform to match training needs • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning content • Work on the lifecycle management of learning content, including uploads, versioning, and archiving • Ensure content quality, accessibility, and compliance with SCORM and xAPI standards • Design, develop, and customize eLearning courses within ALM • Integrate various learning content formats (SCORM, AICC, xAPI) into the platform • Develop custom reports and dashboards for tracking learning progress and measuring effectiveness • Work alongside IT teams to integrate ALM with enterprise systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform and integrations • Provide technical support to ALM users and develop user guides, training materials, and documentation • Stay updated on the latest ALM features, functionalities, and eLearning trends.• Proven experience in the Printing/Publishing industry • Demonstrated proficiency as a Software Developer • Advanced skills in Atlassian Jira • Extensive experience in Backend Development • Strong knowledge of Bug Tracking • Proficiency in C++ programming language • Familiarity with GitHub for version control • Experience in AB Testing for software optimization • Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies • Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications • Extensive experience in API Development • Proficiency in ASP.NET for web application development
