Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developer to join our team to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland. If you are looking for an opportunity in any of those locations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supports the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems.

• Assists in designing, analyzing, and developing software delivery processes, including development and operations (DevOps) pipelines.

• Supports modeling and analyzing software development and deployment processes as well as development of Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations.

• Experienced in all aspects of IT application development.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field

• Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate's degree

• A Master's degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience

• Two (2) years of position-specific experience

• IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development or related discipline.

• Experience in an Agile development environment.

• Relevant industry standard certifications.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must possess an active TOP SECRET clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
