Summary of Position: This position is part of a team with a diverse skill set, responsible for improving, researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and consulting on IT-supported software systems, as well as integrating and developing new and existing software, databases, and reporting solutions in web and/or desktop contexts. Some key languages used are C#, UniBasic, T-SQL, HTML/XML/XSLT, CSS, and Javascript (with emphasis on jQuery and KnockoutJS). Individuals are encouraged to specialize (usually in our ERP or our web apps).
Duties and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, analyze, and develop:
Enterprise software and databases
Reports and utilities
Interfaces with third party software and systems
Facilitate communication with clients and coworkers
Author and maintain documentation
Complete assignments according to predefined requirements
