College degree (2 or 4 year program) typically in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering and 2 + years of work experience.
Working knowledge of source control tools such as TFS and GitHub.
Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.
Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans.
Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

The Software Developer's role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintainance of existing and new applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. The Software Developer II will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
