SALARY

The minimum salary is $63,142.56 annually.

This position is not eligible for overtime (exempt); however, the city has a compensatory time leave program for employees that grants leave time for hours worked in excess of forty hours.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this classification is to administer and maintain software applications for assigned environments.

This position will assist with operations and project support of the OnBase environment, the LFUCG enterprise intelligent information management system.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job

  • Two (2) years of related experience

  • Additional years of related education may substitute for years of experience

  • Additional years of related experience may substitute for years of education

  • Previous OnBase administration experience is a plus, but not required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains and provides support for new and existing server-based software applications housed on premises and in hosted environments

  • Collects, analyzes, and modifies data in software programs; analyzes and modifies existing data imports, exports, and reports

  • Analyzes existing systems/workflows and recommends designs and solutions for process automation

  • Evaluates hardware & software compatibility requirements; develops update and replacement schedules

  • Participates in projects related to assigned software applications

  • Performs related work as assigned

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This position has a hybrid working schedule. This position is primarily remote but may be required to report on-site for troubleshooting and other reasons, as needed.
