Offshore ServiceNow Developer
Manage/Handle Operational support tickets for ServiceNow team and resolve it in a timely manner.
Work with UMG ITSM onsite team, end users, UMG IT, Vendor team members as needed to Analyze / Troubleshoot, Fix operational support issues.
Support Minor Enhancement / Configuration / Development in various IT processes of Incident, Problem, Change and so forth and also assit with development work on custom scoped apps under guidance of ServiceNow
Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform map.
Support ServiceNow version upgrades, build & deploy required enhancements to the Service Now platform
Good communication skills in English.
Minimum of 2 years development experience in ServiceNow platform
Minimum of 1 year operational support / administrative activities using ServiceNow
ITSM processes knowledge / concepts
Bachelor's degree in a related field, 0 - 3 years
ITIL Foundation Certified
