Software Developer 2

Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.26501)

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.

Position requires:

• Computer Science;
• Java language;
• Designing database software that connects with Oracle databases;
• JavaScript language;
• Web development using frameworks such as Angular/React;
• Scripting language such as Python or Bash or Perl; and
• Designing & implementation of cloud software.
