Responsibilities & Qualifications
The SW Configuration Analyst is expected to be able to:
Prepare Configuration Management planning documentation, coordinate and lead Configuration/Change Control Boards (CCBs)
Manage the design, development and maintenance of SW development environments, manage levels of SW integration and segregation of code into branches, control, manage and integrate modules and components along with support work products
Conduct and manage build Readiness Reviews
Automate builds through scripting with the ability to evaluate and optimize existing build SW scripts
Automate and execute build verification testing, perform interim and release builds
Strong knowledge of source control and build tools.
Deploy / install software and perform environment audits
Perform post SW build verification, manage the SW change process and status accounting
Generate SWCM metrics and perform audits of processes and policy compliance
Provide continuous process improvements and user support
Maintain product baselines
Maintain configuration status accounting documentation
Support customer reviews and audits
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active Top Secret with CI Poly is required
Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience
IAT Level I or II Certification (A+ CE, Network + CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
At least 5 years of experience programming using both .NET and Java
Possesses an Oracle Java SE Certification within the last 3 years.
Experience with following or similar - Maven, Gradle, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, Nexus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams towards achieving project goals and deliverables.
Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Conduct root cause problem analysis and develop technical solutions to problems.
