NGMS is seeking a Software Engineer 2/3 to help develop and implement Software Configuration Management (SCM) on large and small scale programs in accordance with the Organization's Standard Software Process (OSSP) and contractual requirements. The candidate must be able to coordinate/create configured builds for test and delivery. The position includes administration of the SCM tools, being the facilitator and scribe for control board meetings, creating build and delivery documentation, and process improvement activities. In addition, they must be able to establish and implement procedures to coordinate changes to program data and products. An understanding of SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards is required.

This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below:

MSBALTECM

Basic Qualifications for a level 2:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with at least 2 years of related experience, 0 years with a related Master's degree.

  • Experience in software configuration management

  • Experience with coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery

  • Understanding of SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards is required

  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the willingness and ability to obtain and maintain higher level clearances (TS, SAP/SAR), etc).

Basic Qualifications for a level 3:

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with at least 5 years of related experience, (3 years with a Master's, 0 years with a PhD).

  • 2 or more years experience in software configuration management

  • Experience with coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery

  • Understanding of SCM principles, concepts, industry practices and standards is require

  • Active DoD Secret clearance with the willingness and ability to obtain and maintain higher level clearances (TS, SAP/SAR), etc).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of scripting languages

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical area

  • Experience with implementing SCM on a large scale program

  • Experience with multiple tools and environments (Atlassian, Git, Jira, ClearCase, ClearQuest, Linux and Windows)

  • Top Secret DoD clearance or higher

The Credit Analyst 3 position will manage a large portfolio of diverse, complex Business Banking loans. The CA3 is responsible for analyzing complex companies and industries with annual revenues ranging from $5mm-20mm and conducting presentations on findings to leadership. Functions include: conducting complex credit investigations and analyzing diverse credit information for loans; analyzing/formalizing documentation of loan transactions and/or credit history of customers; assisting in preparation of credit memos for presentation to lending officers and/or approval committees; performing research/analysis related to projects such as industry studies and management reports; portfolio management including covenant testing and handling loan renewals. The CA3 partners closely with Business Relationship Managers and Business Banking Managers throughout the underwriting process. Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
