The major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Ability to work in a dynamically challenging and changing environment

• Reviews and evaluates designs for compliance with application design and development guidelines, standards, and security vulnerabilities; provide tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk

• Coaches technical complex team and supports cross-team integration and release planning.

• Coaches Scrum team on adopting best practices including techniques for proper user stories and maintaining a healthy backlog.

• Facilitates sprint events and coaches team on preparation and timeboxing of the sprint events.

• Protects the team from outside interference and helps to remove impediments.

• Actively participates in the Scrum of Scrums and release management to ensure team input is factored in and feedback reaches back to the teams.

• Coordinates with Product Owners/stakeholders and other Scrum Masters/teams to track dependencies and impediments and help remove them.

• Manages distributed Agile teams (onshore/offshore) and provides feedback to team members supporting continuous learning and a growth-oriented organization.

• Manages relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure a constant and repeatable feedback loop during development.

• Effectively utilizes retrospectives and metrics to identify process improvement items and ensure proper follow-up within sprints to deliver high-quality work.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

• DevOps storyboards and git repository

• Cloud Architecture Azure, AWS

? Enterprise Applications

? Application Health Monitoring

• Microservice Architecture and migration

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Significant experience with C#

• ASP.Net MVC and Entity Framework

• ASP.Net Core

• Familiarity with SAML 2.0 or Okta

• Best practices of with Automated testing, Selenium, Microsoft Test Framework with Moq

• Experience in continuous integration and deployment (CI, CD) processes and tools.

• Strong back-end development skills

• Frontend:

? Javascript

? Node.js

Familiarity with Angular, JQuery or React
