About this Position Software Automation Test Engineer is responsible for verification of complex software applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically. Analyzes the requirements to identify automation candidates to come up with automated test plans and approach. Creates repeatable, maintainable and scalable functional automated test cases for various layers of the application such as UI, API and Database.

Reports defects and works with business analysts and developers to resolve them. Performs debugging and root cause analysis of product issues and defects. This is a hybrid role: 2 - 3 days in our Duluth Ga office Salary:

Up to $70K Responsibilities & Qualifications Technical Responsibilities Collaborate with the QA Lead/Architect in developing and maintaining QA Automation frameworks. Create and maintain automated smoke, regression and post-prod testing suites. Create automated tests to cover every applicable layer- UI(cross-browser/device), API (BFF, System, Process), Database, VSAM & Mainframe.

Provision/create test data required to perform testing. Perform risk-based testing for hot-fixes. Set up Jenkins automated scheduled jobs and integrations to record test results.

Maintains a healthy QA automation repositories by using branches, resolving conflicts and creating pull requests. Log defects clearly and support with relevant evidence to aid a quick triage and resolution of defects. Maintains the Test environment with timely code promotes using CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with product owners, engineers and other team members to help refine scope and define acceptance criteria. Analysis and Investigative Responsibilities Collaborate with QA Leads to develop effective automation test plans and test strategies. Collaborate with BA/PO & QA Leads to review test coverage.

Reviews and analyzes the business and system specifications and assess risks using established KRIs. Performs test prioritization in regression phase to manage risks and manage costs and efforts. Analyze the impact of changes to upstream and downstream systems and incorporate them in end-to-end and integration tests.

Analyze data inconsistencies while utilizing the test data during test executions. Project Delivery Responsibilities Provide clear test effort estimations to the product teams. Create and maintain smoke, regression and post-prod testing suites.

Document defects clearly and support with relevant evidence to aid a quick triage and resolution of defects. Generate and share post-test execution and defect reports with the product team. Document process documents, run-books, test data creation steps etc.

Other Adhere to the established and mandated QA processes, coding standards and best practices. Protects the company's authority to do business by complying with legal and ethical standards, policies and procedures. Complies with company's policies while handling the test data used in testing during all phases and environments.

Excels in ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with peers and management. Knowledge/Experience in
