Software Architect - Tools and Productivity

You will be working on a very impactful and broad reaching project that internal teams across the company as well as external teams will consume. We're building the next generation framework that internal and external customers will use to automate their UI test suites.
Ideal candidates are experienced, hands-on architect with a passion for design and development and ability to quickly deliver innovative solutions to internal and external customers to simplify and optimize their test automation experience.
Is accountable for defining and driving software architecture and determining overall architectural principles and standards for UI test automation models
Designs and delivers UI test automation model and framework for Salesforce products with a quality mindset
Works closely with Product Manager to ensure that features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements
Collaborates and leads architecture discussions with principal architects and business stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field. Masters degree is preferred
Previous experience in architecting and building scalable web applications, mobile systems or frameworks is required
Experience in designing UI Automation framework/system is a big plus
Broad knowledge of web standards such as HTML5, CSS
Experience with JSON, YAML
Knowledge of Selenium or WebDriverJS or WebDriveIO is a must
Experience in Appium is a plus
Experience with Agile SCRUM development methodology.
Familiarity with Maven, Jenkins, Git technologies
Familiar with industry quality & test automation practices.
Self-motivator, who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills that inspire and motivate all levels of staff
