Software Applications Specialist - DMS

3Ci is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Application Analyst to support our client's project information management solutions. As the Business Analyst/Application Analyst, you will primarily work with either CoreWorx or Kahua, providing expertise in system analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and modification of these software systems.

3Ci is a leading IT staffing firm specializing in providing top talent for critical IT projects in engineering, construction, and oil & gas sectors. Our client, a prominent player in the industry, has recently implemented Kahuna, an engineering software, for a high-profile 10-year project.

Location

• Targeting applicants in the Atlanta-Greenville-Charlotte area

• Fully remote position with occasional travel (10%) for business-related matters

• Comfortable working in various environments including project worksites and vendor/client facilities

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within engineering, construction, or oil & gas industries

General Requirements

• Strong technical skills, including SQL proficiency and experience with ERP or EDMS software

• Willingness to learn CoreWorx and/or Kahua

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with either CoreWorx or Kahua

• Project management experience and familiarity with enterprise architecture principles

• Ability to analyze complex processes and recommend improvements

• Understanding of IT environments, infrastructure, and development tools/languages

• Translate customer and business requirements into practical solutions

• Coordinate and lead project status meetings; manage project deliverables and schedules

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end solutions

• Support application configuration, upgrades, and implementations

• Conduct quality assurance testing and document test results

• Perform other tasks as required
