Software Applications Engineer - Loyalty

Join Everi and our dynamic Loyalty Services team in Las Vegas as a Software Application Engineer, where youll implement best-in-class Casino Loyalty solutions. If youre passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and supporting your clients business success, we want to speak with you For your first 2 projects, you will work onsite 5 days per week.

After your first 2 projects are complete, you will transition to a hybrid 3-day/week schedule. What Will You Be Doing? Implement Everis Customer Loyalty applicatoin and supporting systems in customer environments.

Coordinate with customers to arrange for IT resources, access, and installation times that meet customers needs. Support implemented solution and be customer point of contact for all support issues while installing, configuring and supporting systems for the first 30-60 days. You will be asked to travel to customer locations 10-30% of the time.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required. 1-2 years of experience working with SQL doing tasks like installation, table creation, and reviewing logs. 5 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and systems environment. Experience with product systems and equipment installation.

Ability to deliver projects and solutions in a timely manner. Systems administration and database experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and networks.

Proficient understanding of CS fundamentals and deployment of remote management tools and server administration. Demonstrated ability to code in product-specific programming language. Whats In It For You?
