Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Analyst to join our team in Altadena, California. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work within ServiceNow platform to fulfill software requests for end users
Create and issue RFQs to suppliers for software requests
Interface with software publishers and resellers on a regular basis to facilitate new and renewal software orders
Work within the PeopleSoft platform to create Purchase Requests for software procurement
Communicate proactively with direct customers on software order status
Work in collaboration with SCRM and Cyber Review teams to participate in software review and approval processes
Track and maintain on-time software renewals for multiple products
Communicate proactively with end users regarding upcoming software renewals
Maintain a general knowledge of all software products
Collaboratively work with internal teams (Engineering, Service Desk, Finance) to ensure end user customer satisfaction
Assist in deployment of software products as required
Communicate with the ManTech Service Desk team daily, as needed, to answer various software questions and requests
Work in collaboration with the client and upper Management to improve the Software IT Catalog customer experience
Provide guidance and support to end users regarding the software ordering process
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in supporting both hardware and software logistical processing/quotes
2+ years supporting and working with hardware/software vendors
2+ years of experience in logistical coordination
3+ years of customer support experience
Education: High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL certification
Experience in hardware and software quote process
Education: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
Clearance Requirements:
U.S. citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust - Tier 2 clearance
Physical Requirements:
Be available to support customer between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST
Position is hybrid requiring both remote and on-site support as required by customer
Able to work full time at a computer and attend video conference calls
The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300-$155,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
