Recovery Partners is a nationally licensed collection agency located in Scottsdale, AZ. We specialize in subrogation recovery for major insurance carriers. We are looking for a driven software administrator to support and manage our Latitude by Genesys collections software. This role is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a new or experienced professional looking for varied, flexible, and technically challenging tasks and projects. We are a small business, so this is a very hands-on position.

  • Primary administrator for Latitude by Genesys collections software utilized by all employees
  • Primary point of contact for all Latitude matters - interacting directly with Latitude support and our consultant expert
  • Primary point of contact for our clients in regards to technical matters - provide accurate and creative technical solutions for user problems of moderate to difficult nature
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies in order to provide technically accurate solutions
  • Research, resolve, and respond to internal technical questions received via phone calls and/or email in a timely manner
  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational documents, policies and procedures, and programs for training and educating new system users
  • Responsible for facilitating training on software and general IT matters
  • Identify development, enhancement, and maintenance priorities for applications
  • Participate in new product selection
  • Validate and coordinate network infrastructure
  • Involved in dealings with outside vendors of software and hardware, systems consultants, and contractors
  • Communicate regularly with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Scheduled for after-hours support to handle emergency situations

Requirements

  • Prior experience or understanding of financial institution operations (Ex: Banking or Debt Collections)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
  • SQL experience: Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries
  • Experience installing and/or upgrading enterprise software
  • Good knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • Skilled in reading and understanding error logs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong ability to integrate and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
  • Project management is a plus

The ideal candidate will be well versed in IBM Websphere products with technical knowledge of web services, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and Enterprise Service Buses (ESB). The role will be working in a team environment, this position is responsible for XSLT development and troubleshooting DataPower. Required Skills & Experience * 4+ years of professional experience * Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, XML Schema, WSDL, JSON, etc. * IBM / Websphere tools likeDatapower (most critical), Websphere Message Broker (WMB), and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) * Experience in development with IBM WebSphere enterprise architecture integration technologies using IBM Data power * Code migration and implementation * Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and REST based architecture using IBM products. * Web-Service Proxies, Multi-Protocol Gateways (MPG) and XML Firewalls. * Some knowledge on WebSphere MQ technology and integration of MQ with other products. * Experience implementation digital certificates for SSL mutual authentication.
