CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER/ FULL TIME/ 40 Hours/ NEURO ICU

$3K sign-on bonus for candidates who have 0-2 years of experience (Based upon eligibility)

$7K sign-on bonus for candidates who have 2 years of experience (Based upon eligibility)

• We are seeking a full-time clinical social worker to join the Inpatient Medical/ Surgical social work team to provide a range clinical social work services as part of the multidisciplinary team on the Neuro ICU.

• The ideal candidate will have acute care experience working with patients and families presenting with a wide array of complex medical and psychosocial concerns.

• They will be proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments and experienced in crisis intervention, short-term counseling, loss and bereavement, trauma, and interprofessional collaboration.

• Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills are a necessity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.

• Require current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or must obtain MA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within 4 months of hire date.

• Acute care hospital experience preferred.
