Social Worker MSW - Pediatric Program

The Carousel social worker is responsible for providing services to hospice, home health, palliative care patients, families, and caregivers that address a wide range of psychosocial needs related to end-of-life including: adjustment to illness/prognosis, care system issues, community resource issues, insurance/financial issues, legal/ethical issues, and end-of-life planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree

• From an accredited School of Social Work.

• Washington Advanced Social Worker License upon hire. Or,
• Washington Advanced Social Worker Associate License upon hire. Or,
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire. Or,
• Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License upon hire.
• 1 year

• Post master's work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare setting or prior internship at PHHC.
