Social Worker MSW - Hosp Psych

The clinical therapist/social worker is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating individual and group mental health services directly related to client care. Under the manager the clinical therapist/social worker is also responsible for coordinating case management activities in accordance with standards, guidelines, regulations and procedures of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. The position has the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree: Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Counseling (MFT), Counseling (MA), Psychology (MA) or related field with clinical oversight to be provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT) or a licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: CBT/DBT training, group facilitation coursework/training

• One year: Experience in an acute psychiatric service in a hospital setting.

• One year: In a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

• Group facilitation experience
