Social Worker LSW Or Lcsw, Bayonne Mental Health Center

Job Overview:

The Social Worker Licensed (LSW or LCSW) is a dynamic, compassionate clinician who will join a strong, clinically based multidisciplinary team in treating children, adolescents, adults, and/or their families in a supportive, trauma-informed outpatient setting. The substance use co-occurring outpatient levels of care include IOP and OP.

The Social Work Licensed (LSW or LCSW) delivers direct clinical services such as individual, group, or family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services and serves as a metal health consultant.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Masters degree in Social Work

• Experience working with the Addictions field

Preferred:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Current NJ LSW or LCSW/LCADC license

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 10:00 8:00pm each day

• Monday-Thursday

• FT

Essential Functions:

• Intake assessments for new clients in the EMR, as well as NJSAMS

• Facilitation of group and individual sessions

• Designs and implements treatment plans

• Evaluates and documents patient outcomes

• Collaborates with referral sources

• Discharge planning

• Clinical team meetings

• Clinical supervision towards licensure
