JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Masters of social work, counseling, or humanities degree from an accredited graduate school. Current licensure as LSW in the State of Arkansas preferred.

If not licensed, must be licensed within 6 months of employment. Experience Three years experience in a health setting or supervisory/consultative responsibility in a social agency with acceptable standards preferred. Physical This is a safety sensitive position.

Hearing of normal and soft tones.

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing and reaching. Lifting and carrying up to 15 lbs.

Uses computer, typewriter, fax machine and telephone. JOB SUMMARY The Social Worker will carry out, in collaboration with appropriate allied health professionals, the provision of services to individuals, groups, and community as required. They will be responsible for consultation with other agency personnel and for direct services to patients. The Social Worker must interact with all other medical center departments, promote good public relations for the department and the medical center.
