Social Worker Lcsw

The Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, is an integral member of the palliative care consultation team. The LCSW provides biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of social work services to patients and families who have been referred to palliative care.

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in hospital, medical outpatient clinic, hospice, palliative care, oncology setting, or other related healthcare setting.

• Computer experience as needed for the job.

• Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License Or

• Upon hire: California Marriage and Family Therapist License

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, grief and loss.
