What We're Offering:

We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales & Community Educator to help grow our mission of helping seniors age comfortably in their homes. This position combines meaningful work with unlimited earning potential , offering:

• Base Salary + Residual Commission: Earn income for every client you bring on service, for the entire time they're on service sometimes for several years unlimited potential, well over 6 figures is very possible!!

Your Role:

• We have a very proven and successful sales system. If you can follow the plan, you will be successful.
• Build trust and partnerships with healthcare professionals, including social workers, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Network with referral sources at hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and more.
• Conduct educational presentations on senior care challenges like dementia and Parkinson's disease.
• Represent our services at health fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
• Maintain and grow a database of potential referrers using our effective systems and CRM tools.
