Social Worker BSW

The Social Worker provides advocacy, case management, and resource management to ensure the medically-related emotional and social needs of clients are addressed. Represents the facility/agency social services programs to prospective clients, their families, the community, and regulators and service payers. This position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years Experience in geriatric and/or medical social work, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Social Work or other human services field.
