UC Health is hiring a Full-time Social Work (MSW) Supervisor

• Outpatient/Emergency/Office Decedent Affairs for the Social Work-Outpatient's department for varied shifts at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

The Social Worker (MSW) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that quality, patient centered Social Work services are being provided to patients on a daily basis. Ensure adequate staff coverage is available to provide comprehensive services to patients and their families; support to the multidisciplinary health care team; and intervene with problem resolution on complex cases.

Identify and address internal and external barriers that prevent and/or interfere with interventions and treatment plans. Offer support and feedback to staff, as appropriate to maintain professional practice.
