Looking for a chance to show your social media marketing expertise in combination with flashing your analytics chops? NetBase is hiring a full time Social Analyst for customer engagements. An ideal candidate will deliver business impact by implementing social business intelligence solutions for leading brands and agencies. The Social Analyst will partner directly with customers on product proficiency and building the solution, help clients learn the in-and-outs of both NetBase and social media listening more broadly, and deliver impactful project results.
First and foremost, quickly develop product expertise and be a subject matter expert across all NetBase products, including the core social listening application, data sources, and our API
Lead customer training sessions, using your expertise in digital marketing to tailor agendas to client needs. Further, document best practices and repeatable methodology for customer onboarding and use-case implementation
Perform social analysis and deliver insights on brands and topical issues
Respond to customer questions about NetBase products and resolve customer issues
Qualifications & Experience Required:
3-5 years of experience in Social Media related technologies with a proven track record of delivering client solutions
Flexibility and desire to work across many types of customers, industries and marketing challenges
Familiarity implementing use-cases such as Brand Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, New Product Launches, Campaign Tracking, and Issue Tracking
Expertise using social media intelligence platforms, such as NetBase
Currently a practicing social media, digital marketing analyst, agency account manager, planner or marketing communications practitioner
Agency or client-side experience a plus
BS or BA Degree
Candidates must have social domain experience, customer service disposition, be self motivated, excellent communicators, and the desire to thrive in a startup environment.
New York, Chicago, San Francisco preferred; Remote work acceptable.
