Position Overview:

The primary role of the Social Content Strategist is to lead marketing strategy and execution of programs designed to drive and facilitate engagement with both current and prospective Ashton Woods and Starlight Homes customers via social platforms through the creation and curation of relevant content while also ensuring direct feedback from our customers is heard, answered, and acted on in way that supports the brand. Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

I. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities across relevant platforms to connect with current and prospective customers including:

  • Oversee internal and external resources to create demonstrable business impact via social channel marketing.

  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the companys target customers.

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

  • Monitor, listen and respond to users while cultivating leads and providing warm-hand-offs to sales organization.

  • Create connections with influencers and perform outreach across platforms.

  • Oversee design and timely updates to evergreen content (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.), ensuring compliance to brand standards.

  • Ideate, plan and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to reviews.

  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed.

  • Report on results and business impact of social to executive team.

II. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan and build a social content calendar. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.

III. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

  • Implement ongoing education to remain relevant as platforms and usage changes.

  • Identify opportunities and threats in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.

VI. Collaborate with division teams to ensure content is relevant and timely.

  • Work with subject matter experts to create, develop, and publish blog content for engagement and ongoing SEO.

  • Mange and leverage external resources to support internal efforts as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years experience in similar capacity in Marketing or PR capacity. Some agency experience preferred.

  • Completed Bachelors degree in a related field

  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).

  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.

  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.

  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.

  • Has a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem and how to create relevant content for target audience.

  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.

  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).

  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.

As an Enterprise Solution Strategist (ESS), you are knowledgeable on a large segment of cross Fiserv solutions and products including their value proposition, competitive differentiation, deep level of both Fiserv and 3rd party product integration, client infrastructure and technical environment assessment, future direction and application to a client's needs. As the Enterprise Solution Strategist, you will be assisting the Sales Executive in understanding the strategic needs of the client and effectively communicating and documenting to clients and prospects how Fiserv solutions align with their needs across the entire enterprise. You will need to maintain communication between the Sales Executive and the solution SME's from all Fiserv solutions. In this role, you will be responsible to: * Use industry expertise and client's key business requirements to understand the client's priorities and identify ways to improve the client's business performance with the appropriate Fiserv solutions and services. * Serve as client's advocate by elevating the visibility of the client's requirements and issues across Fiserv * Assist the Sales Executives with validation of which competing Fiserv products are a "best fit" for the client * You will be assisting with comprehensive solution design by working with participant business units and by leveraging their individual knowledge of Fiserv's solution set * Provide technical diagrams inclusive of all product integrations and configurations, and creation of client specific SOW's and gap documentation * Technical assessments of client/prospects infrastructure, hardware environments, networks, connectivity, peripherals, etc – to include complete schemas and requirements * Ensure proper alignment and hand-offs to the Solution Delivery team in order to ensure that the implementation team has accurate historical data regarding the deal and client discussions. Qualifications for consideration: * Bachelor's degree * 8+ years related experience within Financial Institutions or Technology environment specific to Financial Services (Bank/Credit Union).
