VIEW JOBS Social Media Specialist Description Social Media Specialist JOB SUMMARY: The Social Media Specialist is a member of the Online Support team within the Customer Care Center (CCC) organization whose primary responsibility is to manage meaningful interactions and service that builds relationships and brand trust with customers who contact Georgia Power via social media platforms. This will include the following; running reports and monitoring KPI's to meet operational goals, working with IT and other departments to maintain systems and support, and working with Corporate Communications to deliver one voice within the channel.
