Job Responsibilities:

• Support Sr. Manage, Brand and Affiliate Partnerships to setup new channels and publish existing content to new channels regularly

• Support with content creator and influencer scouting, build relationships that create brand ambassadors and loyalty

• Co-ordinate with agency, social media influencers, and creators with active communication

• Send samples or PR gift boxes that enable the creation of content

• Use social media listening tools and channels to stay on top of key and relevant trends

• Research trending content to boost Five Below as a trendsetter

• Build out reporting and dashboards on a regular cadence

• Community Management - responding to fans comments, PMs/DMs

• Organize and maintain social media calendars and related assets in coordination with agency

• Organize and maintain brand assets for affiliates

• Stay up-to-date on new Five Below products to promote cross-network and cross-channels

• Support Digital Marketing team in creating quick content hits for social media if required

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of marketing or social media experience preferably in a retail setting

• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and how Gen-Z uses social media

• Some experience in creating content for social media platforms preferred

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Comfort working independently and with teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills
