Objective:
The Xponential Fitness Martech team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge marketing technology to drive the success of Xponential Fitness. Composed of talented individuals with diverse skill sets, this team collaborates to create and implement strategies that amplify brand presence, engage customers, and optimize marketing efforts across various platforms. Their expertise spans a wide range of martech tools and techniques, including data analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, AI-driven personalization, and digital advertising. By harnessing the power of data-driven insights, they craft targeted campaigns that resonate with audiences across the diverse portfolio of Xponential Fitness brands.
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for the vision of the ClassPoints loyalty program, designing double-point/triple-points days/weeks for all Xponential brands, and the deployment of social media campaigns to grow visibility. You will work with CMO's at Xponential to get alignment for campaigns. Your success will be defined by the growth of the channels and interaction/resharing of material with franchisees who are part of ClassPoints.

Key Responsibilities:
Design social media strategies and campaigns within ClassPoints to achieve marketing targets
Manage, create and publish original, high quality content to be re-shared by franchise partners
Administer all Classpoints & XPASS social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create 'buzz' regarding new launches
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on channel growth, upcoming strategies, and interactions.
Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive voice for ClassPoints
Work with Operations leaders to ensure successful deployment of campaigns
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
This includes handling customer inquiries on social media including community management
Develop and create short and long-term social media strategy-assisting with content execution, social experiences (on and offline with or without partners), measurement and reporting.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven success as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
Understanding of SEO and social media metrics
An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members and partners.
