Made with Imperfect Produce (wohoo! ๐ฅฆ):
Each juice, shot and smoothie is made imperfect produce that typically isn't purchased by grocery stores due to it's "imperfect" textures. We partner with an alliance of organic to source their imperfect produce, so it's a win for the farmer.
Pulp Eaten by Cows to Reduce Food Waste (because we care! ๐ฎ):
Most pulp when made with juicing at home goes in the trash. We give our pulp to dairy cows who love it, this reduces food waste.
Affordable and convenient (I'm listening! ๐):
Typical juices cost $8-12 dollars if it's an organic high quality juice. Our juices are $6.50 for a certified organic juice. We aim to make clean nutrition more affordable.
Sugar Conscious (goodbye sugar crash! ๐ฅณ):
Most juices have more sugar than a can of soda! We specialize in low-glycemic green juices that have been tested on CGMs for a stable response.

This role will fire up your creative rockets ๐. You will be in charge to design and lead strategy, for end-to-end execution to scale our Instagram, one of our brand's ways to connect with people.
Your goal will be to engage our current health-minded customers, use social media to nurture new customers, educate people on nutrition (plus health/wellness) and uplift people's day with a jolt of inspiration and joy. This role involves working cross-functionally with our in-house designers, external creators, and external Advisors.
The Social Media Strategist will report directly to the CEO and consult with our team of Advisors.
Part time or full-time, both are welcome.

Requirements
SCOPE OF WORK
- Creative Strategy Development (the fun! ๐ฅณ): Develop and lead the overarching social media and content strategy aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values. Define key objectives, target audiences, and success metrics to drive brand growth and engagement. Determine timing and approach to launching other channels (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Content Execution (bringing it to life! โจ): Own end-to-end coordination, production, creative, and posting of content through a streamlined social media calendar system. Manage execution of 6-12 posts per week, per platform
- Trend Analysis (what's working?! ๐) : Monitor and maintain a strong understanding of activity from competitors, other aspirational brands, and influencer culture to gauge trends and inspiration in a constantly changing landscape.
- Data-Driven Insights (ah! new ideas! ๐ค): Utilize analytics and data to track the performance of content, deriving insights to continuously refine strategies for optimal engagement and impact.
- Team Management (better together! ๐): Direct, inspire, and manage other creatives, such as content partners, copywriters, editors etc.
- Influencer Collaboration (wait, I get to collab with Dr Hyman?! ๐): Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, thought leaders, and partners who align with our mission to amplify our reach and impact.
